What can you expect from the Visit Cheltenham Ambassador training?
In an engaging two-hour free training session delivered by Lisa Kowalkowski, our Destination Marketing Manager, participants will delve into Cheltenham’s unique offerings, exploring its world-class events and annual festivals, tantalizing food and drink scene, diverse range of shops and accommodation providers, in addition to the many attractions and activities the town has on offer to delight locals and visitors.
Additionally, Lisa will unveil invaluable sources of information available to locals and visitors when in town or when planning a visit to Cheltenham, plus provide details of the events and marketing campaigns we run throughout the year.
Each attendee will be presented with a certificate upon completion, marking their journey as esteemed tourism ambassadors for Visit Cheltenham. Plus, this is just the beginning! As part of our exclusive ambassador program, participants will gain access to future sessions and exciting group trips to explore the treasures of our Regency town firsthand.
