How to join

Thanks for considering a Marketing Cheltenham Membership for your business. Joining couldn’t be simpler:

Step 1: Review our Marketing Cheltenham Application Form – identify the correct membership tier and fill in the basic information.

Step 2: Download the relevant data entry formAccommodation Serviced Online Booking Form MC, Accommodation Non-Serviced Online Booking Form MC, Activity Attraction Online Booking Form MC, Eating Out Online Booking Form MC or Retail Online Booking Form MC

If you’re an accommodation provider, you will need to either have official quality assessment grading status from either VisitEngland, The AA or Quality in Tourism or have signed up to our official charter.  More information is available on request.

Then email the forms back to us at membership@marketingcheltenham.co.uk

Step 3: We’ll review your application and confirm your acceptance into Marketing Cheltenham. We’ll respond with the next steps we need you to complete, including information required for online booking (if applicable), how to access the photo library and the like.

Step 4: We’ll invoice you – invoices will be distributed by apt marketing & pr on behalf of Marketing Cheltenham for payment in 30 days.

Step 5: You’re a member! Thank you
