How to join

Thank you for considering a Marketing Cheltenham Membership for your business. Joining couldn’t be simpler:

Step 1: Review our Marketing 2025/26 Marketing Cheltenham Membership Pack and identify the correct membership tier for your business.

Please note – Membership is most suited to visitor economy businesses that operate year-round, if you are an events organiser interested in promoting your event / festival via Visit Cheltenham please review our Digital Rate Card.

As a founding partner of Marketing Cheltenham, Cheltenham BID levy payers receive a bronze membership free of charge. For additional marketing and PR opportunities, BID levy payers have the option to upgrade to silver or gold membership tiers, take a look at the BID Affiliate Upgrade Pack – 2025-2026 to find out more. Step 2:

Complete one of the attached data capture membership forms and return via email to [email protected] along with the accompanying quantity of images for us to create your listing:

If you’re an accommodation provider, you will need to have an official quality assessment grading status from either Visit England, The AA or Quality in Tourism, or have signed up to our official charter.  More information is available on request.

Step 3: We’ll review your application and confirm your acceptance into Marketing Cheltenham. We’ll respond with the next steps and how to access the photo library.

Step 4: Once your listing has been created on VisitCheltenham.com, you will be invoiced by Cheltenham Borough Council on behalf of Marketing Cheltenham for payment in 14 days, unless you are a BID levy payer and your payments are up to date, in which case it will be free.

Step 5: You’re a fully signed up member and will start to reap the benefits of your membership, including digital promotion!
