In 2009 the University of Exeter Business School in partnership with South West Tourism asked tourism businesses about the environmental practices they were adopting. A lot has changed in the ten years since then. The South West Research Company is now working with the University to update this work and learn more about what tourism businesses in the region are currently doing.
